Evelynn ‘s Combo

Best combo for Evelynn :

Skill 2 -> Skill 3 -> Skill 1 -> AA -> Ultimate

Ganking combo

(Ward the area) Flash -> Ultimate -> Smite

Baron/Dragon Steal

Skill 2 -> Skill 1 -> Skill 3 -> Skill 1 -> AA -> Skill 1 -> Skill 1 (then follow up with more auto-attacks if necessary)

This is one of the simplest combos you will have on Evelynn, since it’s her basic pre-level 5 combo.

Skill 2 -> Skill 3 -> AA -> Skill 1 -> Skill 1 -> Ultimate

This would be her all-in level 5 combo. You will use your Skill 2 and Skill 3 to charm the enemy and dash towards them, and then you can follow up with some auto-attacks and Skill 1 spikes. If the opponent is a squishy target, you will probably be able to cast your ultimate soon after, executing them.

Flash -> Smite -> Ultimate (or Flash -> Ultimate -> Smite while in the Ultimate animation)

This combo works wonders for stealing objectives and getting away with it. When you Flash over the wall behind the Baron pit or behind the Drake, you will end up possibly in a tough spot. Smite trying to secure the objective, then quickly Ultimate out (while facing away from the wall) to be taken straight back over the wall with the repositioning from Ultimate.

How to play:

Evelynn is an assassin jungler that uses her invisibility and abilities to assassinate the enemy champions. Once Evelynn fully clears the jungle she will get Level 5 which means she will be invisible when out of combat so she can sneak around the map and gank lanes to get your team an advantage. Evelynn is not the best in team fights but you can still stick near your teammates, just make sure you don’t go too close to the enemies or they will be able to see you.

Evelynn ‘s Abilities

(Passive) Demon Shade

Once Evelynn reaches level 5, she enters Demon Shade (allowing her to become camouflaged) after not attacking or casting for a few seconds. This is Evelynn’s core mechanic that allows her to go around the whole map camouflaged and pretty much gank for free.

In Demon Shade, Evelynn regenerates health every second when she is below a certain amount of HP. This helps her out a lot but either going back into the teamfight or going back to her jungle to farm some minions before going back to base. When camouflaged, make sure you don’t stand too close to enemies as if you stand too close you will be revealed!

(Skill 1) Hate Spike

Evelynn unleashed two lines of spikes, dealing magic damage to all enemies struck. This is Evelynn’s main damage source when clearing the jungle and going in for champion kills.

You can move and auto-attack whilst using Hate Spikes at the same time and you can also recast the ability within a few seconds to get 2 casts off before the cooldown starts. Make sure when clearing the jungle that you line up Hate Spikes so it hits all the monsters for a much faster and efficient clear.

(Skill 2) Allure

This is Evelynn’s main crowd control ability when used correctly. Evelynn curses a champion or monster for a few seconds. Evelynn’s next attack or ability will expunge the Curse and slow them for just over a second. However, most of the time you want to wait for a few seconds after using Allure so you can get the full effect.

If you wait a few seconds after using Allure, Evelynn will instead charm the target and deal more damage. This is the main tool when trying to gank a lane. Also, the great thing about Allure is that it will not remove the camouflage from Demon Shade (Passive) so you can use this whenever you can to try and catch out an enemy

(Skill 3) Whiplash

Evelynn whips a target with Lasher, dealing magic damage and then gaining movement speed for a few seconds. When camouflaged in Demon Shade (Passive), this ability is enhanced. It pulls Evelynn to her target, dealing increased magic damage.

A great combo to master whilst in Demon Shade is using Allure (2nd Ability) and then using Whiplash to jump to the target. This will not only deal more magic damage, but also charm the target with Allure.

(Ultimate) Last Caress

Evelynn briefly goes un targetable and decimated the area in front of her before warping backwards a long distance. This ultimate is an execution ability, meaning that you will do more damage to the enemy if they are below a certain amount of health.

You want to be patient and use the ultimate when you know you will kill the target. Not only is this useful for killing enemies, but it can also be used to escape bad situations and secure objectives like Dragons and Barons.
