Nasus doesn’t exactly have any combos, since his entire kit is created to help him farm and survive.
Always last hit minions with your Skill 1
Last hitting minions with Skill 1 will give you some stacks, and that will increase your Skill 1 damage. The best option would be to last hit cannon minions, jungle minions and the scuttle crab, because those will give you more stacks. Make sure that you reset your auto-attacks with Skill 1 if necessary.
Use Skill 2 to slow down enemies and catch up with them
When you’re ready to start trading with your lane opponent, you can use Skill 2 to slow them down and make them unable to escape your range. Once you’ve stacked up enough damage on your Skill 1, you could consider going all-in with Skill 2 on the enemies.
Skill 3 is great for clearing waves and dealing additional damage to slowed enemies
When you have slowed down your opponents, you can quickly place down your Skill 3 (Spirit Fire) to deal additional damage.
Use the Ultimate when you go all-in

Nasus is a top-lane fighter. He really struggles in the early game but once you reach the late game and have a lot of stacks from Siphoning Strike, you have the potential to one-shot enemies. The way you get stacks from Siphoning Strike is by using the ability to last hit minions. This is the most important thing with Nasus and you must do this to help yourself win the game. Once you reach the late game you can 1 vs 1 a lot of champions and take down towers really quickly.
